HR Intern- Global Mobility-英语专业优先考虑
HR Intern- Global Mobility 职位描述:
Main Responsibilities
- Work with CFR Dept. to review intercompany charges/invoices and to collect monthly expat expense report from SH/BJ/other locations for monthly IIT calculation purpose
- Work with EY to facilitate annual 120k income tax filing for inbound and outbound expatriates.
- Work with the US tax team for annual USA inbound assignee W2 reporting
- Work with Santa Fe to make sure all the permit application and renewal for expats/families will be processed in a timely manner
- Initiate relocation service for new assignees/ initiate immigration service
- Prepare new houing/car guideline to new LTAs; Send updated housing guidelines when new budget applies (per request)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in HR/English
2. Administration skills
3. Proficient oral & written English
4. Strong team spirit, adaptability and responsibility.
5. Be good at Microsoft offices.
