Remarks:
1.Exhibitionor Tourism related Major is preferred
2.It is a short-term project position for internship (3-6 months) and require at least 3-4 daysa week ( the more the better)
3.Prefer collegestudents in grade 3 or 4.
PrincipalResponsibilities:
1.Assist in thedevelopment of proposals including research of destination and costs
2.To play a keysupport role in the delivery of client projects, including client liaison,contact with internal resource departments and external suppliers, andadministrative work.
3.To contribute tothe financial administration of client projects where directed by the EventsDirector and Project Managers, including but not limited to completingtimesheets, completing expenses, up-dating budgets and raising draft invoices.
4.To manage theadministration and smooth running of client jobs, including takingresponsibility for reporting, management of client communication and programmeparticipants including contact reports, call centre calling, maintainingup-to-date electronic and paper files
5.To effectivelymanage suppliers to ensure the highest quality is delivered and the best pricenegotiated.
6.To work with theEvent Project Managers to identify new business opportunities within existingaccounts and up-sell existing projects and play a support role in the accountdevelopment plan.
7.To ownresponsibility for contributing towards a team GP target.
8.Tocollaboratively support other team members and departments where required
